Why Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is one of the most effective treatments for stress. Acupuncture does not simply calm the mind and relax the muscles but brings lasting balance to various systems of the body. Stress is a major reason for health problems, especially in larger areas such as the San Francisco/Bay Area. The mental and physical strain and anxiety of a fast-paced work environment often leads to headaches, insomnia, muscle tension, panic/anxiety disorders, palpitations, fatigue, emotional disturbances, weight gain, digestive disorders and countless other health and emotional issues. Acupuncture is especially effective at treating all of these problems because of its profound effect of regulating the way the body responds to stress.
What takes place?
All we need on your end is a quiet dark room (usually a conference room) with an adequate amount of chairs. Employees relax in their chairs while acupuncture is administered to them in a group community-style atmosphere. There is no need to disrobe, the acupuncture points needled are on the ear, hands/wrists, and feet/ankles. Each employee is scheduled at 10-minute increments and will rest comfortably for up to 40 minutes. Please allow an hour total.
We take the administrative details off the HR department by allowing employees to sign up and pay online. We will send all forms that need to be filled out ahead of time to ensure a smooth day of wellness.

Jenn Aubert is happy to give a casual presentation on the benefits of acupuncture. Since acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can seem like a mystery to most, she will demystify it by covering:
What is TCM and Acupuncture?
How does it work from an Eastern and Western perspective?
What can Acupuncture treat?
What a typical treatment entails?
More specific topics can be covered upon request.
