I'm thrilled to be joining Jenny Clevidence of Ro:Ren Collective and Briksha Agawral in leading another Virtual 40 Days to Personal Revolution workshop.  This amazing program includes yoga, meditation, personalized nutritional guidance and much, much more.   You will be guided by three highly knowledgeable people in their fields who will support you throughout the program and beyond.  Best part... you can do it from the comfort of your own home.

 

An amazing way to renew or begin your commitment to yoga, meditation, nutritional awareness, and personal growth—40 Days to Personal Revolution is a program designed for transformation. Restriction or rigidity is not the intent, instead we ask that you commit to the exploration of self through meditation, yoga, diet, and ultimately personal growth. Fall 2011 Virtual 40 days to Personal Revolution

Date and Time: Every Sunday evening starting Oct 2 from 6 -7.30pm (PST) ending Nov 6th

Program focus by week:

 

Week 1: Presence, reconnect with and become fully present with your body, mind, and life. (20 minute yoga practice, 5 minute meditation, diet: balance and nourishment)

 

Week 2: Vitality, rediscover your radiance without going on retreat. (30 minute yoga practice, 10 minute meditation, diet: focus on fresh foods, not processed)

 

Week 3: Equanimity, find your center and meet life as it meets you. (45 minute yoga practice, 15 minute meditation, diet: focuses on cravings, especially sugar)

 

Week 4: Restoration, set time for the things that restore you. (60 minute yoga practice, 20 minute meditation, diet: 7 day elimination cleanse)

 

Week 5: Centering, find your feet on the ground and become more mindful of what is happening right in front of you. (75 minute yoga practice, 25 minute meditation, diet: focus on rebalancing after the cleanse and bringing in mineral rich foods)

 

Week 6: Triumph, celebrate your practice and your life. (90 minute practice, 30 minute meditation, diet: continuing with a healthful diet and reflecting back on the changes through the last 5 weeks)

 

With each week there are “excavation questions” to support individual inquiry into all aspects of life.
